How long does a return take?
Processing your return can take up to 14 business days after receiving your order back at our warehouse. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation from our customer service. If you have not received a confirmation after 14 business days, we advise you to contact us via the contact page.
